If you read my last post my trip home is tomorrow and I’m meant to be packing instead of blogging!
I have been very slack with hair, nails and brows recently and decided to get everything done last weekend just before my trip. Any excuse!
This has also meant using any reason to buy products and make up because, you know, I need them for my two weeks at home!
First things first, my brows had to be done ASAP Saturday morning and I went to my fav girl Ciara Gallagher, for my HD brows. If you need a brow transformation check her out in Bondi Junction. I felt human again and no tweezers need to come with me now. Read my previous review here:
Once that was sorted I treated myself to a manicure with the amazing girls in the Parlour room in Clovelly. I did a post about my nails here back in February and I can’t believe I haven’t been there since. Gel varnish doesn’t tend to last on my nails for more then a week without chipping or peeling off (apparently I have an oily nail bed!) but this was the first gel mani that lasted 3.5 weeks. Absolute perfection. Beyond impressed and the girls are awesome. I think anyone that has been there would have to agree with me on that. Casey did an amazing nude nail with gold stripes at my first visit and I loved that so much I went with the same again. Heather decided to mix a stripe and half moon for a change on the same nude and I love it. The colour will go with everything! You can see my past nail review here:
They have also started stocking Skinstitute products so naturally I picked up an Eye Believe Eye cream. (I need this to conceal jet lag ok!) I used this a few years ago and it’s one of the best eye creams so I’m delighted I found it again.
Tonight I will be dying my hair with my trustworthy L’Oreal hair colour and giving myself a pedi with my COAT nail varnish in Marshmallow (also available from the Parlour room) Last thing to do then is to apply a quick layer of my Coco brown tan and I should be ready to go!
All that’s left to do is finishing packing
Hope you guys are having g a great week
